A new vegan and veggie in the house!

I cannot believe it's been a few months since I have written here.

1st My daughter who is eight is now a card carrying vegan! It makes me so happy that she is getting healthy. She absolutely glows and looks so amazing. (5 weeks and counting)

2nd My husband the die hard meat eater decided 3 weeks ago that he was now going to be a vegetarian! Never thought it would happen in a million years.

So now my whole family is meat free and I never have to have meat in my house again. The only thing non vegan is the sour cream my husband loves for his burritos. I can live with that.

May was a really good month!
